It's been a trip down memory lane, today i caught up with my friends from high-school, and after not seeing them for over a year, besides guy who's a total leach, and it was cool. Did loads of catching up and even more talk about high school, which seems like ages ago. So i dug around and found some old photos from high school, ye none of me, cos it would be too embaressing and i've deleted them all, but there's Guy and Ant, our dormatories (beds upside down, man was it good to be a matric), Guys ferrari, and the day we filled up guys study to the roof with newspaper; ye always good times. And we actually went back to the place, another thing guy just can't get away from, and alot had changed, but it's still a great place, just as long as i'm not living at the place and enduring the horror of being a new boy.
Well there's only a couple more weeks till i'm off again, and the 10cm jerseys are getting preped. The most depressing thing though is there's no snow, which is a bummer. I'll get some photos of nights up soon, i just have to sort the drunken poses from the even more drunken poses. Stay well team.

I've had a phrase that i've repeated over and over this holiday, and about my need to be on prescription medication so that i could stay in a dazed state and get through these holidays, because even those it's a holiday, a family holiday is 'So stressful'! Thats why i took refuge in alcohol, and overall it was an relaxing trip now that i look back on it. We went to and island in Mocambique, which is definatly a different kind of Africa, but really cool to see, and were stranded (but the good kind of stranded, no need for a wilson) So i hope the photos are entertaining (and yes i said i'd acknowledge that all photos are courtesy of the pops), like me climbing a coconut tree (well trying) i think servivor would be too extreme for me, and a pregnant woman balancing enough been on her head to supply a village. All i can say is it's Africa, and it's a tough life.

We're On Safari
Hey my munchkins all over the world, it's been a while i know since i last wrote, but i got back to South Africa safely, a bit delayed, but still i got back! and since i've been back we went on safari, yes all you foreigners, we went to our backyard to see all the animals! It was cool to get back to it, after being away from good ol' sa for so long, and it was
awesome. We saw so much, and for those who have been to the bush you'd agree it was amazing, with us seeing two lion kills. The first night we saw the pride of lions get a wildebeest, and we also had the male charge our land rover, i kinda messed my pants, being the manly african ranger i am! But then a couple days later the same pride came and took up residence at our lodge. So for two nights we 'relaxed', ate, swam, and slept with the lions (well i didn't really sleep with dm talking in his sleep and attracting the lions) and the one night we were sitting on our deck and they made another kill about 50 meters from where we were sitting, was insane. And hopefully when all you foreign peeps i know come over here we can show you the same things. And we saw everything else, elephants, leopard, black and white rhino, cheetah, hippo, all the grazing kinda critters, fireflies, and a wonderful mozambiquan spitting cobra that fell from the roof in the lounge. Now most of you can see why i need to be midicated on these trips, it's so stressful! But it was great... otherwise all's normal, i've been chilling out, i've been a total hermit from everyone, but i'll try be more of a social socialist now that i've had enough of being home and i'm being driven crazy by the family. Seriously another reason to be medicated. So everyone, all the best for the new year, and i'll continue to bring such investagative journals as have never been seen and all that other rubbish! Gotta run i'm being called again (pop another pill!)
